I. Short-Term Training Programs (In Group)

1. Application Letter (notifying date, content, how many students, how many classes, etc.)

2. Name List (including name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport NO., etc.)

3. Photocopies of Passports

4. Photocopies of Insurance

Note: The organizer can directly contact the Center for International Cooperation and Exchange to discuss the details such as time and content of study. There must be more than 10 students for one class.

II. Individual Application

1. Application Form of Degree Programs for International Students (BDA)

3. Guarantor Form and photocopy of guarantor’s credentials (passport or ID.)*

4. A Photocopy of The Applicant’s Highest Degree Obtained *

(If the applicant is still in the final year of senior high school, a certificate from the school is required)

5. Four Passport-Size Photos (4.8x3.3cm)

6. Personal Dance Video, VCD/DVD, about 5minutes

7. Study statement (such as resume, education experience, plan of study or after graduation etc. Please write in Chinese and more than 800 characters. Master’s applicant should submit)

8. Relevant Thesis (Master’s applicant should submit)

9. University Transcript (Master’s applicant should submit) *

10. References from Two Professors (Master’s applicant should submit) *

11. According to the Document No. 83 from the Ministry of Education of China, applicant who abandoned his/her Chinese Nationality then joined a foreign nationality, should submit the documents as follows: Naturalization prove; Proof of cancellation of the original residence; A photocopy of exit signature pages of the passport in recent four years; Study certificate in the abroad in recent two years.

(2) Application Fee: ￥700, should be submitted together with your Application.
